HELLO! fellow Inno Lovers,

I am in the U.S. Army currently stationed in Germany. Once upon a time (1988) I was stationed in England and there I was smitten with the the joy of driving a mini. It wasn't long before I owned a Cooper, a 1974 Inno 1300 converted to right hand drive. I loved that car and even competed in local club auto cross. Unfortunately I was not wise to US import laws and when I left England the Inno had to stay, I was broken hearted!! I swore that some day I would again own a Inno, and it was just recently that I found my new little wonder.

I now own a 1976 (yes the data plate states 76) Inno Cooper 1300 export, VIN# B397567523 Last Plate # S-CB 1300 . I am very excited to get it up and running. I currently don't have any pictures but as soon as I do I will post them. And yes this time the car is going to America or I am staying here!!

I purchased the car from a German auto enthusiast, (unfortunately not enthusiastic about mini's) that knew nothing about the car or it's history. So If anyone knows anything about this car or the production of Export 1300's past 1975 please do tell!

By the way excellent web site I am looking forward to seeing more.
