The
man behind this website is me, Stefano
Ferrari, age 25 and currently
living in Modena, Italy. I was born and brought up in Ethiopia which is
where my love for Minis initiated. At the age of 16, living in Addis
Ababa my father imported from Italy an Innocenti Mini 1000 for me to
drive around. I soon started racing with it too and the love for Minis
just kept growing and growing.
In 1997 I
moved to Italy for my university studies and within a year I bought an
Innocenti Mini Cooper 1300 Export. When I started searching the internet
for information about this model I soon realised that there were no
websites entirely dedicated to Innocenti Minis and it became my
intention to be the first one and this is how this website came to life.
I have had
loads of positive feedback on the website and I am glad Innocenti Mini
owners have found it useful and interesting. There is still plenty of
useful information I would like to add but maintaining this website is
done as a hobby and it is hard to find enough time to do all I would
want. Having said this any external contributions are more than welcome.

A Mini which
was saved from the scrapyard but was not convenient to restore turned
out to become this particular sofa! I know, it is heart breaking to cut
a Mini apart but it had do be done if the scrapyard wasn't to be it's
final destination. Follow
